HomeCaring Brisbane City have partnered with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Provider's to create comfortable, beautifully appointed homes suitable for NDIS participants who require specialist housing to meet their needs with round-the-clock care & support. We also provide Registered and Enrolled Nurses for clinical care if needed.
SIL
Supported Independent Living
HomeCaring Brisbane City provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) for participants in their own homes and our private rentals as well as in SDA properties, with a personalised approach to care and support for each individual.

Each SIL home has a team of qualified and experienced support workers who are selected on a compatibility basis to work with each participant.
Each house is allocated a team leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the house. Every Participant has their own Case Manager who ensures each individuals needs, goals, dreams and aspirations are met.
